• First of all, you will have to go to the nearest bank or the bank with your savings account.
• From there you will receive a form for Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, or you can download the Prime Minister Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana from yourself online.

Now you will have to submit all the details in that form to the bank and along with your Aadhar card and two photographs will also have to be deposited.

Under this plan, the money in the insurance installment will be offset by your savings account.

• First, Nominee should contact that bank.
• After that, you will receive Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana Claim Form & Discharge Receipt from there.
• Now, you get a death certificate and a photograph of Cancelled check with PMJJBY Claim Form and Discharge Receipt form.
• The claim amount will be credited to the bank account of the Nominee, which will be received in more than 60 days.
