As we know every day our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi brings something new to the youth's youth struggle. 
This time he has presented Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKV).

Here is the Detail Information About The Scheme

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana  (PMKVY ) Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had launched Make In India Campaign to give jobs to the youth of our country. 

But our country was very young like those who needed training along with employment. In order to fulfill this shortcoming, the Prime Minister started the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) with the main objective of providing training to the youth of the country.

There are 2 main reasons for implementing the PMKVY project. Firstly the Prime Minister's Make In India Campaign is another reason why training our youth in our country. 

During the Prime Minister's Make In India Campaign, some foreign investors had promised that they would get skilled workers for the project.

To fulfill this shortcoming, the Government decided that a skilled scheme like the Kaushal Vikas Yojana for the unemployed youth of the country should be started. 

The Central Government approved the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. This scheme was started on the occasion of World Youth Skills on 15th July 2015 by our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. 

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana has been started for training the youth of the country.

PMKVY Guidelines:-

The general rule of this plan is the same for all and the rules given in the PMKVY Guidelines apply to all. 

This general rule is made by the Steering Committee and according to the order of the Steering Committee, these rules may change.

Coming to Short Term Training Guidelines

Benefits will be provided to such candidates who have left School/college or have been Unemployed for short term training in PMKVY Training Centers.

        In addition to providing training according to the National Skills Ability Mechanism (NSQF), training centers will also provide training in the slogan soft skills, entrepreneurship, financial and digital literacy.

 The duration of the training varies from 150 to 300 hours per job.

 On successful completion of their assessment, candidates will be provided appointment assistance by training partners.

Under PMKVY the entire training and evaluation fees are paid by the government.

Payment will be provided to training partners in alignment with common norms.

The training provided under the Short Term Training component of the scheme will be NSQF level 5 and below.

Special Projects Guidelines:-
It is envisaged to construct a platform in the special project component of PMKVY, which will impart training and special qualification roles in the premises of specialized bodies and government bodies, corporations or industry bodies, which are defined under the available qualifying pack / national business Is not there.

Special projects are those projects which require some deviation from the terms and conditions of Short Term Training under any PMKVY for any stakeholder.

who plays the role of Stakeholders:-
The proposed stakeholders can be either central and state government / autonomous bodies / statutory bodies or any other equivalent body or government institutions of the corporation who want to provide training to the candidates.

Skill and Rozgar Mela Guidelines
Social and community mobilization is extremely important for the success of PMKVY.

The active participation, transparency, and accountability of the community help to take advantage of the cumulative knowledge of the community for better functioning.

Defined Mobilization process

Simultaneously, through the PMKVY defined mobilization process, it gives special importance to the participation of targeted beneficiaries.

The training partner will hold the skill and employment fair every  Six months with press/media coverage.
They also need to participate in the National Career Service Fair and participate actively in underground activities.

And For Placement Guidelines:-
PMKVY has planned to add skill, aspiration and knowledge of skilled workers, which make it with employment opportunities and market demands.
All possible efforts will be made by PMKVY training centers to provide employment opportunities to trained and certified candidates under the scheme.

Training partners will also support entrepreneurship development.

Monitoring Guidelines :-
To ensure that high standards of quality are maintained by the PMKVY training centers NSDC and the listed inspection agencies through the Skills Development Management System (SDMS) through various methods of self-reporting call verification, surprise visit and surveillance Will use.

 These systems will be enhanced with the participation of the latest technologies.
